It is strongly recommended that students complete Self-Defense Foundations 101 (SDF 101) for their platform (Pistol, Carbine/AR-15, or Shotgun) or pass an instructor-approved skills check before enrolling in SDF Advanced Fundamentals 201, as this course builds directly on SDF 101 concepts. Live-fire only. A high-impact advanced training for students who want targeted blocks and measurable gains. Built for graduates of SDF 101 or shooters who pass a skills check, this session focuses on one or two advanced themes per date. You will work under the timer, tighten mechanics, and pressure-test decisions. Topics rotate. Review the course listing to see the day’s focus. Not all subjects are taught every session. Price: $200 Length: 4 hours Location: Provided in the syllabus email after registration Prerequisite: SDF 101 for your platform or instructor-approved skills check Purpose • Build speed, accuracy, and decision quality under pressure • Use standards, timer benchmarks, and targeted diagnostics • Train advanced material without overload Rotating Subjects (selection per session) • Cover vs concealment: positions, angles, decisions • Rapid fire fundamentals, recoil control, confirmation • Movement fundamentals and shooting on the move • Elevation: crouch, kneel, prone, fast transitions • Team shooting: spacing, communication, safe lanes when policy allows • Home-defense problem solving: light use, angles • Advanced AR-15 or Shotgun blocks Performance Objectives • Faster first-shot times and cleaner splits • Tighter accuracy at defensive distances • Efficient manipulations and movement Equipment, Ammunition, Attire • Check the syllabus email for the exact platform gear and round count • Bring government ID, eye and ear protection, hydration, and weather-appropriate attire Safety and Legal • Training and education only. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES I understand that my class fee secures a limited seat, and Instructor Thai Nguyen incurs costs and preparations for each registered student. Therefore: I may cancel or reschedule my class without penalty if I notify the instructor at least 72 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 72 hours may be denied or result in a partial refund at the discretion of the instructor. No-shows without prior communication will not receive a refund and may be denied re-enrollment. In the event of an emergency, I agree to contact Instructor Thai Nguyen as soon as possible to request rescheduling or to discuss alternative options.
